I must say that at first when i realised i was a dragon, i thought i was delusional. but that's normal i guess, because it is a far-fetched idea.
In spirit, i am dragon, in body i am human, but i wasn't a dragon in a past life like a lot of Otherkin are. i just happen to be a dragon in a human's body, and i'm perfectly fine with that. what is Otherkin you may ask? an Otherkin is a displaced spirit of another species than human stuck in a human body, either reborn or just born that way.
Besides what you see in the picture, my true self is around 30ft long and i prefer to live in the ocean. my gills are capable of breathing salt water only, but my lungs are cabable of holding a large amount of oxygen for long periods of time, allowing me to swim in fresh water without having to surface every ten minutes. i can live out of water, but really lean against it, as my skin feels most comfortable when wet. my wings are used as rudders and occasionally propell me quite fast underwater, and i can use them to fly when in the air.
I live alone, with only intelligent sea life (like dolphins and whales) to keep me company, but that suits me just fine. the calm of the ocean filled with whalesong is the only refuge that can completely set me at ease.
Other than that, i'm a completely normal human being, lol. :)~
